The Team Associated RC8B4e Team 1/8 4WD Off-Road Electric Buggy Kit is designed to push the limits of off road racing. This buggy has been given a huge overhaul and features updated battery configurations, front upper and lower arm design, rear arm design, chassis braces and rear hub design for peak performance. The front-end geometry has also received updates allowing for increased stability and more consistent steering through the entire steering throw. All of these features come together for a buggy that is ready to dominate the track.
Battery ConfigurationsThis chassis can be configured to two battery configurations.
Configuration 1: Two 2s shorty "saddle pack" batteries are used for the lowest CG and exceptional weight bias
Configuration 2: One 4s shorty for simplified setup and more centralized weight bias over a traditional full length 4s battery
Front Suspension Arms
The front upper and lower suspension arms have been designed to accommodate a wide range of flex and stiffness options. Optional inserts have been made to provide extreme fine tuning and will work with the upper or lower arm. The lower arm features a one-piece anti-roll bar link mounts that are in-line with the anti-roll bar for simplified assembly and operation.
Rear Suspension Arms
The rear arms have been designed for optimum flex and stiffness with no inserts. However, optional inserts may be used for fine tuning. The rear arms also feature a one-piece anti-roll bar link is mounted in-line with the anti-roll bar with a BHCS instead of a shock pin for simplified assembly.

The Team Associated RC10B74.2 Team 1/10 4WD Off-Road Electric Buggy Kit has been designed to reduce weight, lower the center of gravity and improve jump and bump handling. Building on every iteration of the RC10 platform, the B74.2 allows for higher stability and better predictability.The RC10B74.2 and RC10B74.2D introduce molded gearboxes front and rear, which lower the center of gravity by removing weight from high points of the car. The modified differentials improve rolling speed through turns and increase stability on landings, allowing the buggy to corner faster on higher-grip carpet and clay tracks. The Tekno RC EB410.2 1/10 4WD Off-Road Electric Buggy Kit, the next evolution in 1/10th scale 4wd buggy that features many of the updated components of the ET410, but with several redesigned elements included to further improve handling and durability.
Now included is a front end sway bar system along with updated 15-degree low roll center spindle carriers. The suspension has been upgraded with redesigned pistons and revised shock towers. The Team Associated RC10B6.4 Team Kit was developed with a goal of improving jumping and landing, updating the steering feel to be "easy to drive fast," and making the buggy corner faster on high-grip carpet and clay.
The RC10B6.4 platform continues the AE trend of creating kits specific to the surfaces they are being raced on. The B6.4 includes next generation 13mm diameter big-bore shocks and springs to provide the ultimate in damping and stability. The larger diameter shocks reduce pressure inside the shock and minimize the effects of the shaft displacement. This allows the buggy to feel like it's riding on an invisible cloud when you hit harsh jumps and landings. The chassis, front end, and steering system are optimized for running reduced caster and kickup, which excels on high-speed, high-grip surfaces. An updated steering system with adjustable height bellcranks helps racers minimize bump steer. In addition, the front suspension is equipped with -1mm kingpin offset steering and caster blocks for smooth and predictable front-end feel through the entire throw. The -1mm design pushes the steering pivot closer the center of the front tire, keeping the front end flat through the entire steering throw.The RC10B6.4 Team Kit will be the buggy of choice for high-grip carpet or turf track surfaces with the +3mm chassis layout, 11mm Octalock LCF slipper clutch setup, steel ESC and servo weights, and included anti-roll bars front and rear. The Team Associated 13mm Big Bore Front Shock Kit is a next generation 13mm diameter, 23mm long big-bore shock that delivers the ultimate in damping and stability. The larger diameter shocks reduce pressure inside the shock and minimize the effects of the shaft displacement. Package includes the parts needed to build two front shocks.
NOTE: Shock springs and shock oil are not included and must be purchased separately.

Team Associated Factory Team RC10T6.2/SC6.2 3.5mm Titanium Turnbuckle Set. This is an optional titanium turnbuckle set intended for the Team Associated T6.2 and SC6.2 platforms. Constructed from high quality titanium these offer increased durability over stock components while shedding weight and replace all the stock turnbuckles. Package includes two titanium front camber links, two titanium rear camber links and two titanium steering links.NOTE: 3.5mm Ballcups are required for installation (ASC92308).

The Team Associated B74.1 3 Pad Slipper Conversion is an upgrade that converts the kit 2-pad slipper to a 3-pad slipper clutch. The 3-pad slipper is an ideal tuning option for racers who prefer a smoother, more forgiving clutch.
The stock clutch uses a 11mm I.D. pad with a heavy 500lb/in spring that is ideal for high-traction carpet. The 3-pad conversion uses a standard 19mm I.D. pad with a softer spring to create a smoother throttle feel with softer engagement that is better suited to dirt and low traction conditions. Instructions included.
NOTE: B74.1D kits require the ASC92275 RC10B74.1 Slipper Shaft Outdrive Set (not included) from the RC10B74.1 kit.
