The Team Losi Racing 22X DC ushers in the next generation of the legendary 22 platform with a competition-focused 1/10 scale 2WD buggy engineered specifically for high-grip dirt and clay racing. With increased adjustability, refined suspension geometry, and easier maintenance, the 22X DC is designed to deliver the speed, consistency, and tuning range demanded by modern racing surfaces.
A lengthened 7075-T6 aluminum chassis, 13mm big-bore shocks, highly adjustable caster and kick-up geometry, and an updated easy-access laydown gearbox give racers a platform built to be tuned precisely to the track.
About the 22X DC
Competition-Optimized Chassis
The 2mm machined 7075-T6 aluminum chassis is lengthened to provide increased consistency on modern tracks. It's hard-anodized for durability and precision milled to provide controlled chassis flex for optimal grip.
A molded 30x30mm motor fan mount is integrated into the mud guard, eliminating the need for an additional aluminum mount or double-sided tape when adding an optional cooling fan.
13mm Big Bore Suspension
Larger 13mm big-bore shocks and 13mm springs provide the support needed for responsive handling and cornering. Updated G3 3mm shock internals are paired with proven seals for smooth, consistent suspension performance.
Caster can be adjusted from -5° to +5° in 2.5° increments, while adjustable kick-up from 20° to 25° provides even greater front-end tuning flexibility.
Easy-Access Laydown Gearbox
The updated laydown gearbox allows racers to access the differential and idler gear without completely disassembling the gearbox and surrounding suspension components.
Multiple differential height positions provide another valuable tuning option, with the available range optimized around today's higher-grip racing surfaces.
Refined Steering & Geometry
Multiple steering offsets and refined steering geometry allow drivers to tune the buggy's steering feel for different surfaces and driving styles. Industry-standard offset front wheels also provide greater flexibility when selecting race wheels and tires.
