About the MR-04 Mini-Z
Advanced MR-04 Chassis
Building upon the success of the MR-03, the MR-04 chassis achieves a lower center of gravity and improved suspension geometry, delivering sharper turn-in and greater stability through high-speed corners. The refined front-end setup maintains maximum tire contact for superior grip and balanced, predictable control.
Improved Steering Response
Newly designed front knuckles with integrated kingpins reduce scrub and improve steering precision. High-quality ball bearings reduce rotational drag for smoother operation. The rear suspension’s coil-spring damper absorbs surface impacts, and can be upgraded to an oil-filled shock for advanced tuning.
Customization & Versatility
Fully compatible with a wide range of Mini-Z upgrade parts, the MR-04 supports full ball-bearing specs, a geared differential, and an optional gyro (KYOMZW711) for enhanced control. Its modular design makes it ideal for both competitive racing and casual indoor driving.
