About the Slash 4x4 VX3
2S & 3S Brushless Performance
The Velineon VX3 water-resistant ESC and Velineon V3200 3200Kv brushless motor deliver strong acceleration and efficient power with support for both 2S and 3S LiPo batteries.
Run 2S for 35+ mph performance or step up to 3S for 50+ mph, with no gearing changes required.
Low-CG Chassis & Heavy-Duty Suspension
The reinforced low-CG chassis positions the battery and electronics lower in the truck for improved cornering, stability, and high-speed handling.
Composite GTR shocks feature large oil capacity, threaded collars, powder-coated springs, and X-ring seals for smooth, consistent damping. Heavy-duty suspension arms, caster blocks, steering blocks, and axle carriers add durability for demanding off-road driving.
Heavy-Duty 4WD Drivetrain
A full-time shaft-driven 4WD system transfers brushless power through a torque-biasing center drive, Maxx-Duty driveshafts, oversized 6mm axles, steel wheel hexes, and oil-filled steel-gear differentials.
The result is dependable traction and a drivetrain built to handle the performance of the VX3 brushless system.
TQi Sport Radio & TSM
The included TQi Sport 2.4GHz radio system provides precise control along with Traxxas Stability Management (TSM), helping maintain stability and acceleration on loose or low-traction surfaces.
A water-resistant 2057 metal-gear steering servo provides durable steering performance for aggressive driving.
Clipless Short Course Body
The aerodynamic short course body is designed to increase downforce and high-speed stability while Traxxas' clipless mounting system eliminates traditional body clips.
