The E-flite UMX Timber X blends the legendary STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) performance of the Timber platform with the aggressive aerobatic capability of the larger Timber X models. Compact, powerful, and incredibly versatile, this ultra-micro aircraft can fly in places many larger planes cannot.
With a 3S brushless power system, oversized control surfaces, and advanced stabilization technologies, the UMX Timber X can fly smooth and stable for relaxed cruising or unleash extreme 3D performance when pushed.
✈️ STOL Performance Meets 3D Aerobatics
The Timber X design features larger ailerons, rudder, and elevator surfaces, along with a shortened wingspan for increased maneuverability. On low rates, the aircraft flies smooth and predictable. Switch to high rates, and it becomes capable of extreme aerobatics and unlimited vertical performance.
The full-span ailerons can also be used as flaperons, improving slow-flight handling and short takeoff and landing capability.
⚙️ Advanced Spektrum Flight Technology
The UMX Timber X includes Spektrum AS3X® stabilization, which smooths out the effects of wind and turbulence to deliver a more stable, locked-in flight experience.
Optional SAFE® Select technology adds flight envelope protection, making it easier for pilots to maintain control while still allowing full performance when desired.
Telemetry capability allows compatible Spektrum transmitters to display real-time battery voltage and flight data.
🛫 Fly Almost Anywhere
Oversized tundra-style wheels provide excellent prop clearance and allow takeoffs and landings from grass, gravel, dirt, pavement, and other rough surfaces. Optional floats (sold separately) allow the aircraft to operate from pools, ponds, and lakes.
Factory-installed LED landing, navigation, and strobe lights improve visibility and allow flying earlier in the morning or later in the evening.
