High-precision Hall sensor components provide accurate rotor-position detection for excellent throttle linearity and smooth power delivery. The upgraded sensor interface also allows motor temperature protection when paired with compatible Hobbywing electronics.

Compared with the previous-generation motor, Hobbywing reports improved efficiency, reduced operating temperatures under the same load, and increased maximum output power. The internal design also uses high-quality bearings, high-temperature copper wire, an explosion-resistant rotor, and a high-tolerance alloy shaft.
